The Last Waltz is a 1978 concert film by Martin Scorsese that documents The Band’s last concert at Bill Graham’s historical San Francisco concert hall, Winterland. With the BRAND NEW project, “Big Pink” 45 years later, the finest musicians in AVL will pay homage to the legendary concert and the passing of visionaire and band leader Robbie Robertson. Presented by All Aboard Records on Nov. 22nd, 2023, at The Grey Eagle in Asheville, NC.

The film is about the joy of live music. It was the Band’s last concert together and marked the end of their touring life.
